In fact, any revenue you make must be reported at tax time, and any loans or partners you wish to procure will be wanting to see your long-range plans. A business plan sets the stage for success, gives you realistic timelines for expansion and shows potential investors your commitment.

2. Leverage Apps and Software

There are many apps and programs that tie directly into Amazon for sellers. There is no need to keep track of everything on endless spreadsheets when you can plug and play your data and have it all sync for you. Check out the apps that help with inventory, customer engagement, bookkeeping and logistics so you can work smarter, not harder.

3. Delegate
