The great news about trade shows today is that they often have virtual components as well, meaning you don’t have to travel to get the benefits. You can often find a list of attendees right on a trade show’s site, which is essentially a curated list of potential contacts. Go through the list and make note of any suppliers to contact.

Look to China

As the world’s leading manufacturer, China is statistically where you will be getting your products anyways. It makes sense, then, to work with a Chinese wholesaler. Chances are China has precisely what you need, and at prices that are difficult to match anywhere else.

Go Through Wholesale Supplier Directories

The final option are wholesale directories. This is probably not the most efficient approach (these directories are thousands of entries long supplying millions of products), but they can also be the most comprehensive. There are essentially three major directories: Worldwide Brands, SaleHoo and Inventory Source. They cost money to access but they are well worth the price.
