One of the best ways to boost website traffic is with backlinks. Here are 15 legitimate ways to build backlinks to your store. These strategies work, but they take time, patience, and perseverance.

  1. Create Content That Is Needed 

If the content is interesting, remarkable, and sustainable, readers will judge it as worthy of their time. When they do, the content will be shared and linked back to the original site. 

2. Create Link Bait Content

Statistics and studies are content that is shared frequently. Find studies that people will find interesting and link to them. 

3. Ask Your Supplier for a Link

Ask suppliers or manufacturers of products that you sell to list you on their site and give you a link back. 

4. Interview People in the Field and Post the Content 

The person interviewed will be pleased and happy about the publicity. They will very likely share the interview on their site and on social media.

5. Reach Out to the Media

Promote your store yourself. Ask magazines in your niche to help promote your blog or your business.
